Multi-line VoIP Phone, you can reap the benefit of VoIP technology in the most effective and convenient way. This unit is designed in such a way, that you can use it with any SIP compliant PBX, Softswitch or IP Centrex solutions of the market. It is incorporated with 128 x 64 pixels full graphic display, which ensures better management of the functions.
Effective connectivity is offered with the integrated two port 10/100 Ethernet switch. Various phone features like Multi lines, Call Forward, Call Transfer, Call Hold, Call Waiting, Caller ID Display and Redial encourages better handling of calls. Hands free functionality is made possible in this device. Alerts for Missed calls and Message Waiting Indicator are provided in this device.
It facilitates 10 Speed dial keys/ Supervision back lighted keys (MGCP) and Automatic Callback. Provided phonebook is capable of storing 100 entries. Mute and On-hook dialling are other enhanced options. It has a call log memory of 30. Integrated headset RJ9 port is the auto extension connection supported. It supports 3 ways conferencing, Extension module and 16 Polyphonic ring tones.
VoIP Standards featured are SIP V2 (RFC 3261) or MGCP. The Voice compression standards included are G.711, G.723 and G.729ab. Static or Dynamic IP configuration (integrated DHCP client) are the featured IP addressing. Quality of service supported are ToS Diffserv, 802.1p/Q, VAD, CNG, Packet Loss Compensation and Adaptative Jitter Buffer. Configuration is protected by Password. Local & remote warm reboot are featured.
Internet protocols supported are IP (RFC0791), TCP (RFC0793), UDP (RFC0768), ARP (RFC0826) protocols, DHCP client (RFC2131), SDP, TFTP, HTTP, DNS, NTP and SNMP. It is embedded with a VLAN Support which features increased security, quality and facilitates VLAN segregation. Supported Ethernet are IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T Ethernet and IEEE 802.3u 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet. DTMF (Out of Band and In Band) and RFC 2833 are the dial tone signal generation.
It consists of a Web browser interface for configuration and firmware upgrade. This unit supports SNMP and Automatic Provisioning System (DHCP, TFTP/HTTP). Thomson ST2030 VoIP Phone supports 5 languages. Better management of the unit is offered with 3 soft keys, 10 back lighted programmable keys, 2 fixed function keys for redial and phonebook, 3 fixed back lighted function keys for mute hands-free, headset and Navigation keys. LED Indicator is as well included.
Enhanced functions such as Do Not Disturb, Volume control of speaker, handset, headset & ringer, Date & time display, Call duration timer and Dial from Call log adds to the better use of the device.
