Retell 117 VoIP Phone is a feature 
packed phone which is designed to be wholly incorporated with Skype. It is a regular digital cordless phone which is compatible with DECT/GAP. It also offers USB telephone function for free internet calls. It has a blue illuminated display which allows displaying the Skype caller name as well as allowing you to scroll through your contacts.
The phone has a special key for displaying Skype contacts that are available or non-available. You can easily select and dial the Skype contact persons by pressing a key. The display also shows the date and time. The integrated keypad allows easy dialling through Skype Out. The screen is illuminated when there is an incoming Skype call. It does not require a computer sound card to operate. This phone can be used as a handset alone with other internet telephony providers like MSN messenger, VoipBuster, VoipStunt, Google Talk and Zoep. It can also be used as a USB audio device via the SIP softphone software’s such as X-lite, XJ phone and SIPPS. It has a head set socket and speakerphone capability as well.
Retell 117 Digital Cordless VoIP Phone has the system requirements like Windows 2000/XP, free USB port, 400 MHz Pentium II or faster IBM compatible PC, 32MB of RAM or greater, USB 1.1 (USB 2.0 recommended), Internet connection – Broadband recommended and 23MB spare hard drive space. It requires a Skype or related Internet telephony provider. The standby time of the phone battery is 100 hours and the talk time life is 10 hours.
