Polycom SoundPoint IP 320 VoIP Phone with its superior voice quality and smart features offers optimal communication solutions for business and enterprises. This VoIP phone comes with dialler keypad positioned at the base which makes your dialling easy. For convenient accessibility, this Polycom VoIP phone can be mounted on the all or placed on the table.
It comes with a monochrome LCD display of 102 x 33 pixels with Date and time information. The supported display languages are Danish, English, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, Russian, Spanish and Dutch. Menu Operation is also possible. On the connectivity side, it features a 1 x headset jack / sub-mini-phone 2.5mm and a Network cable. It is Hearing Aid compatible.
VoIP Phone features
Digital duplex speakerphone offers loud audio facilitating hands-free communication. Intercom facility, 3-way Conference Call, Caller ID and Voice Mail Capability are other extensive features available in the device. The user can also benefit from call management functions like Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Call Transfer and Call Hold.

Technical side
Multiline support and Power over Ethernet (PoE) support are the IP features included. It supports SIP VoIP Protocol. The Voice Codecs are G.729a, G.729ab, G.711u and G.711a. In addition, it features Quality of Service such as IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.1p and Type of Service. DHCP and static are the IP address assignments. TFTP and HTTP are the featured Network Protocols. It consists of 1 x Ethernet 10/100Base-TX network port.
The user can also take advantage of enhanced voice features including Comfort noise generation, voice activity detection and echo cancellation. Network Address Translation is the networking feature.
