The call management features of Philips VoIP 3211 Cordless VoIP Phone include Caller ID to display the name and numbers of the incoming call, call waiting, call on hold, message waiting and call transfer. The handset keys provided for your convenience are Line, Dialling keypad, Phonebook, Call log, Redial, Skype and Loudspeaker. The key provided on the base station is paging key. It has an amber coloured backlit keypad and LCD display. It has 3 way conference call as well as intercom capability. The loudspeaker gives the facility of making calls without lifting the handset. It also has a 5 level earpiece and loud speaker volume control. The call log entry can hold up to 15 missed calls and 5 received calls. The phone book of this new Philips VoIP phone can save up to 50 names and numbers. The last dialled 10 numbers can be redialled. The phone has a polyphonic ringer with 10 ringer melodies. It has a Landline/Internet distinction and programmable ringer profile. It has facility to display contact list status, edit user status on phone and to make direct calls from contact list.
This Philips VoIP phone is USB compatible with a speed of 12 Mbps. The operating systems supported by the device are Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows 2000. Additional accessories included are 2 “AAA” Ni-MH batteries, Battery charger, Line cord to plug the RJ11/RJ11 line cord into your wall plug, free USB port, 1 power supply for base station and 1 power supply for charger and Installation CD-ROM.
The battery has a recharge time of 24 hours. The talk time is up to 600 minutes and stand by time is 100 hours. The charger requires a supply 230VAC to 9V/150 mA and the base requires 230VAC to 9V/300 mA. The relative humidity range needed for operation and storage is up to 95% at 40°C and the temperature measurement range for operation is 0 to +50°C, for storage is 25°C to +70°C.
