This Nortel VoIP Phone is most compatible with Business Communications Manager (BCM) platforms. Supported with a keypad dialler type, the offered dialler location is base. Conference call facility is also supported by this phone.
Other important features include intercom, ringer control, volume control speakerphone, caller ID, voice mail capability, call hold, menu operation, IP telephony, integrated Ethernet switch, power over Ethernet (PoE) support and echo cancellation (ECN).
The integrated function buttons include speakerphone button, goodbye button, navigator key, headset button, mute button, hold button and auto redial button. Apart from all these buttons 2 programmable buttons are also supported by this phone.

A monochrome LCD display is equipped on the base of this Nortel 1210 BCM VoIP Phone, which supports 2 lines and 24 characters. This phone is hearing aid compatible and it also contains a headset jack.
