This device has got attractive dimensions of (Width) 17.6 cm, (Depth) 19.8 cm and (Height) 6 cm and it weighs 839gm. The dialler type of the device is keypad and it is located on base of the unit. 3way conference call capability is available in this device. There are different types of buttons such as conference button, speakerphone button, transfer button, directory button, mute button, hold button and auto redial button in this VoIP phone. You can control the volume and ringer tone of the device according to your needs. The other important feature of this device is the built in upgradeable firmware.
Built in web server is an additional feature. The VoIP protocols supported are SIP and SIP v2. The voice codecs of the device are G.711, G.723.1, G.729a, G.729ab and G.726. DHCP, static and PPPoE are the IP address assignments and the network protocols are IP, TCP, TFTP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, HTTP and DNS.
2 x Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX network ports are available in this Funkwerk IP50 VoIP Phone. Network Address Translation (NAT) facility is available in this unit. The voice features are Comfort noise generation (CNG), voice activity detection (VAD) and echo cancellation (ECN).
This phone can hold 140 names and numbers in its memory. The dialled calls memory and speed dial capacity are 11 and 3 respectively. The caller ID memory of the device is 11 numbers and names. Another important area of this device is its display. This device has got monochrome LCD display which is located at the base of the unit. The line and character quantities of the display are 2 and 16 correspondingly. The power supply of the unit is via power adapter.
