Main Features

The cordless phone standard of the Cisco VoIP phone is IEEE 802.11b/g/a (Wi-Fi). The dialler type is keypad and it is located in the handset. This device has the facilities of conference call capability, speakerphone, Caller ID and voice mail capability. This VoIP phone also has the facilities of call waiting, call forwarding and call holding. Menu operation facility is available in this system. The function buttons of the unit are navigator key and auto redial button. Volume and ringer control is available in this device.

You will get the indications from the Cisco Unified 7921G VoIP Phone regarding new message, low battery, new call and power range. The additional functions of the device are Call timer and Time/Day Stamp. Other supportive features are Key lock, vibration alert, music on hold and push-to-talk mode. SCCP is the VoIP protocol supported and the voice codecs are G.729a, G.729ab, G.711u and G.711a. The supporting network protocols are TFTP, Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) and DNS.

This phone has LCD display and the size of the screen is 2”. The display resolution supported is 176 x 220 pixels. The display languages are English, German, French and Japanese. 1 x headset jack / sub-mini-phone 2.5mm is the connection type of the phone. It has an external antenna as well.
