Available in two attractive body colours which is silver and dark grey, Cisco Unified 7942G VoIP Phone looks very striking. The body of this phone is finished with ABS plastic material.
Base is the supported dialler location while keypad is the dialler type. A conference call feature is also there in this phone. It also accompanies a speakerphone facility.
Other important features of this Cisco VoIP phone are caller ID, voice mail capability, call forwarding, call transfer, call hold, menu operation, volume control, ringer control, built-in upgradable firmware, web browser, on-hook dialling, IP telephony, integrated Ethernet switch, Multiple VoIP protocol support, power over Ethernet (PoE) support and echo cancellation (ECN).
The equipped function buttons are speakerphone button, directory button, navigator key, headset button and mute button. The offered network port is 2 x Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX. The VoIP protocols supported by the device are SCCP and SIP.
