Features Supported
This Cisco VoIP Phone is introduced in an attractive dark grey colour. Its body is made up of ABS plastic material. This phone is also supplied with a user license for Cisco CallManager Express.
The provided dialler type is keypad while the dialler location supported is base. This phone is also capable of showcasing 3-way conference call feature. A speakerphone is fitted in this device. Other important features include caller ID, voice mail capability, call forwarding, call transfer, call hold, menu operation, volume control and ringer control.
The equipped function buttons of the Cisco Unified 3911 Dark Grey VoIP Phone are conference button, voice mail button, up & down scroll buttons, speakerphone button, transfer button, mute button, hold button and auto redial button. A voice message waiting indicator is also supported by this phone.
Power over Ethernet (PoE) support is a main feature supported by the device. SIP is the VoIP protocol supported by the device and G.711, G.729 and G.729a are the voice codecs supported. TFTP is the network protocol supported and DHCP is the IP Address Assignment.
A built-in upgradeable firmware is another important facility of the device. The voice feature also includes voice activity detection (VAD) provision.
This VoIP phone is also adorned with an LCD monochrome display which exhibits 2 lines and 24 characters. The display resolution comes to 144 x 32 pixels. This display is located on the base of this product. It is hearing aid compatible as well. This phone can be either placed on a table or mounted on a wall.
The dimensions of the base unit are 20cm x 18cm x 4.5cm. It weighs .5 grams. This device is provided with a limited warranty of 90 days.
