Cisco Systems Unified 7941G-GE-CH1 VoIP Phone is a wonderful phone with a high resolution LCD display
with 4-bit greyscale that supports double-byte characters and Unicode text to benefit Extensible mark up language for application developers. It has a handset with two programmable lines and feature buttons. It has 4 interactive soft keys for guiding users through various call features and functions.
The Cisco VoIP phone offers direct access to voice mail. It has caller identification feature and displays the messages on the screen. The display contrast of this phone can be adjusted. It is also possible to change back ground images if it is available. The phone is provided with a large number of ring tones and you can choose from it using the settings feature key provided on the phone. The phone permits the users to access diverse information such as weather, stocks, quote of the day or any web based information using XML. It has an online help feature which gives information about the phone keys buttons and features. The VoIP Protocol supported by the device is SCCP.
The phone has conference call capability, menu operation and function buttons. Function buttons included are speakerphone, mute button and headset buttons. It supports manufacturing-installed digital certificates, device authentication, and encryption. More than 20 languages are present in this phone and you can select from it your language. It has comfort noise generation and voice activity detection (VAD) programming on a system basis. It is with integrated Ethernet switch and Power over Ethernet support.
