This Cisco VoIP phone supports enhanced features like 3-way Conference Call, Voice Mail and Speakerphone. You can manage the calls well with advanced functions like Call Waiting, Call Transfer, redial and Call Hold. Volume Control is included in this device and you can adjust the volume accordingly. SCCP is the VoIP Protocol and G.711 and G.729 are the Voice Codecs. Single-line operation is supported by the phone as well.
IEEE 802.1Q (VLAN) Quality of Service and DHCP IP Address Assignment are included. Networking options included are TFTP and Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP). You can carry out various applications easily with Cisco CallManager 3.3(3) or later software. The sound quality is further improved with Comfort noise generation (CNG) and Voice activity detection (VAD) voice features. This VoIP phone is compatible with Hearing Aid.
