Avaya 4621SW VoIP Phone is a good looking communication device with Keypad dialler positioned at the base. Conference button, speakerphone button, transfer button, mute button, hold button and auto redial button are the function buttons available in this device. Volume Control and ringer control are the other features in this device. Besides that, it comes with 24 programmable feature keys and 10 fixed feature keys for Speaker, Mute, Hold, Volume Up, Volume Down, Headset, Conference, Drop, Transfer and Redial.
This Avaya VoIP phone comes with monochrome LCD display. Hearing aid is compatible with this device. It can be either mounted on the wall or placed on the table. Microsoft NetMeeting is also compatible with this device.
Integrated digital duplex speakerphone is available which allows you to access the call without having to pick the handset.
