Combining telecommunications technology is indeed a new concept and it is increasingly gaining popularity. This has resulted in the development of varied technology.

Wireless phones were the first in the chain and later followed by WiFi and VoIP. VoWiFi came in to existence when WiFi and VoIP were blended.
